Covid-19 Stage 4 Restrictions Update.
The Boutique Auto Body team are thinking of everyone during these very difficult times.
Effective from 11.59PM on 05/08/2020
In line with the Government & State directives for stage 4 restrictions, and in accordance with advice from relevant health authorities we wish to advise that BOUTIQUE AUTO BODY will remain open to repair vehicles for corporate & permitted workers only under stage 4 restrictions. All other repairs can be continued after the stage 4 restrictions end on the 13th September 2020.
The operational changes currently in place enable us to continue to assist our permitted clients with claims/vehicle repairs whilst ensuring we are following all stage 4 directives.
We continue to take a range of precautionary actions designed to help mitigate the spread of the virus within our business and aim to protect the ongoing health of our visitor’s and staff and operate with a COVID Safe Plan in place.
To ensure that we comply with the stage 4 restrictions and can meet your requirements all ON SITE visits for permitted workers are strictly by appointment only (during the hours below).
Please contact our office by phone or email to discuss your accident/claim, ALL ENQUIRIES WELCOME.
Our staff will then schedule an appointment time for any necessary on site visits that may be required. You will receive a confirmation txt message to confirm any necessary on site appointments.
All NON essential services will be conducted as a phone appointment, until such time that restrictions have been lifted.
Monday 9AM – 2.30PM
Tuesday 9AM – 2.30PM
Wednesday 9AM – 2.30PM
Thursday 9AM – 2.30PM
Due to the current stage 4 curfew restrictions we have temporarily suspended our after-hours services & our pick up/drop off service (unless for permitted workers).
We thank you for your understanding.
We will continue to closely monitor updates and advice from the relevant health & Government authorities, and are prepared to act as the situation develops.
We will continue to communicate any operational changes with you.
It goes without saying that our community’s health and wellbeing comes first as we navigate this situation together.
We thank you all for your patience, understanding and kindness during these difficult times we all face.
Please take care, and thank you for your continued support.
